Follow-Up Meeting with Government Employees to Review Pending Services

Following the Deputy Governor’s review of the current implementation status, Larsa Organization held a follow-up meeting with representatives from relevant government directorates to assess the services that have not yet been fully activated within the Ain Al-Basra mobile application.

The discussion aimed to identify bottlenecks and define practical steps to accelerate the activation of pending services, ensuring more efficient and timely responses to citizen requests. This meeting forms part of the project’s continuous coordination efforts to strengthen public service delivery and institutional accountability.
