Purpose: The purpose of the policy should be clearly stated, outlining why the policy is needed and how it supports the mission and values of the Larsa Organization.

Scope: The scope of the policy should be defined, specifying who the policy applies to, such as staff members, volunteers, contractors, or partners.

Policy Statement: The policy statement should provide a clear and concise description of the expectations and guidelines for behavior that all members of the Larsa community are expected to follow.
