Larsa’s Participation in the 2026 AIM Annual Conference

Larsa Organization participated in the Annual Conference of the Iraqi Minorities Alliance Network as a member of the Network’s General Assembly. The conference was held in Erbil with the participation of member organizations of the General Assembly, alongside individuals serving on the Network’s Advisory Board.

The conference addressed several key organizational and strategic matters, including the presentation and discussion of the Network’s activity, financial, legal, and administrative reports. It also covered the approval of the main strategic directions, the review and voting on the Network’s internal bylaws, and voting on a number of key resolutions, including membership applications to the Network. In addition, a new Board of Directors was elected as part of efforts to strengthen governance and enhance the Network’s institutional performance in the coming period.

Larsa’s participation reflects its continued commitment to institutional collaboration, good governance, and collective efforts to promote and protect minority rights while strengthening the role of civil society organizations in Iraq.
