On-the-Job Training for District Section Staff at Basra Municipality

As part of the GreenTech Project, Larsa Organization conducted an on-the-job training session for employees of the District Section at Basra Municipality, the unit directly responsible for receiving and managing citizen complaints.

The session focused on strengthening staff capacity to effectively use the Ain Al-Basra mobile application in real-time working conditions. Employees were trained on accurate request processing, complaint tracking, and timely resolution of service issues submitted through the platform.
