On-the-Job Training Workshop at the Sewerage Directorate Headquarters
As part of the GreenTech Project, Larsa Organization conducted an on-the-job training workshop at the Sewerage Directorate headquarters in Basra.
The workshop aimed to enhance staff capacity in managing citizen complaints submitted through the Ain Al-Basra mobile application and to improve the overall responsiveness of the directorate. Participants received hands-on guidance on complaint handling procedures, digital case tracking, and effective communication strategies to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
