Southern Technical University Hosts Second Awareness Workshop on Ain Al-Basra Application

Continuing the awareness campaign for the Ain Al-Basra mobile application, the Southern Technical University, under the patronage of the Basra Governorate, hosted the second awareness workshop to highlight the importance of the application and introduce its services.

The app serves as a key tool to strengthen communication between citizens and local government, aiming to improve the quality of services provided by the Municipality, Water, and Sewerage Directorates.

The workshop was attended by a number of professors and students who showed great interest and active engagement with the app and its role in enhancing local service delivery.

This campaign is implemented by Larsa Organization in partnership with the Lotus Cultural Women’s League, under the GreenTech Project and within the framework of the Tatweer 2 Program.

The Ain Al-Basra application offers fast and efficient solutions to citizen complaints and suggestions, contributing to the resolution of community challenges and supporting sustainable development across various public service sectors.
