Together Against Violent Extremism: Larsa’s Active Participation

Larsa Organization recently took part in a pivotal dialogue session titled “Together Against Violent Extremism,” organized by the Public Aid Organization (PAO) as part of their Democracy Promotion Program. This significant event was hosted by the Community Center in Basra and saw the enthusiastic participation of representatives from various civil society organizations, in collaboration with the Ana Basri Organization.

Our participation in this dialogue reaffirms Larsa Organization’s commitment to promoting peace, tolerance, and democracy. By engaging in such constructive conversations, we aim to contribute to a more harmonious and resilient community, united against the threats of extremism and violence.

The session was a resounding success, serving as a crucial platform for fostering dialogue and cooperation among different stakeholders. It emphasized the importance of collective efforts in combating violent extremism and underscored the need to reinforce democratic values within our society.
