Training Workshop for Municipality Directorate on Trial Version of Application

Larsa Organization conducted a training workshop for employees of the Municipality Directorate as part of the GreenTech Project. The session introduced participants to the trial version of the “Ain Al-Basra” mobile application and provided hands-on training on its features and usage.

The workshop aimed to equip municipal staff with the necessary skills to navigate the application, respond to citizen reports, and manage service requests effectively. This session marks the beginning of a series of training workshops planned for other directorates in the coming month, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive rollout of the application across all relevant government entities.
