Training Workshop for Sewerage Directorates on Ain Al-Basra Application

As part of the GreenTech Project, Larsa Organization organized a joint training workshop for employees of the Sewerage Directorate.

The session provided a comprehensive overview of the “Ain Al-Basra” mobile application, including its key features and functionalities. Participants received practical training on how to use the application for managing public service requests, reporting infrastructure issues, and tracking responses. This workshop is part of a broader capacity-building effort to ensure that all relevant directorates are fully prepared to utilize the platform effectively.
