Larsa Joins CSO Project Management Training in Basra

As part of our commitment to enhancing the capabilities of local organizations in Iraq, Larsa participated in an intensive two-day training session on “Project Management” organized by the Civil Society Services Center in Basra. This training was designed for civil society organizations operating in southern Iraq and covered essential aspects of project management, including planning, strategy, implementation, timelines, monitoring and evaluation, and effective coordination with beneficiary communities.

This program, which is a component of the TATWEER project and received funding from the European Union, aims to strengthen CSOs in Iraq. The project is executed in collaboration with Al Mesalla and other local NGOs, including Alnajah Center for Training & Development in Basra and Shakoufyan Organization in Anbar. Larsa is proud to be part of this impactful event, contributing to the growth and development of civil society organizations across Iraq.
