Training Workshop for Water Directorate Staff on Ain Al-Basra Application

Larsa Organization held a dedicated training workshop for employees of the Water Directorate as part of the GreenTech Project’s rollout of the “Ain Al-Basra” mobile application.

The workshop focused on familiarizing staff with the application’s water-related service functions, such as reporting leaks, service interruptions, and maintenance needs. Participants received step-by-step guidance on how to navigate the app, manage incoming reports, and ensure timely responses. The session aimed to strengthen the directorate’s capacity to engage with the public through a streamlined, digital platform that promotes efficiency and accountability in water service delivery.
