On-the-Job Training Workshop for Sections Department – Basra Sewerage Directorate

Larsa Organization conducted an on-the-job training workshop for employees of the Sections Department at the Basra Sewerage Directorate as part of the GreenTech Project.

The session provided practical training on the use of the Ain Al-Basra mobile application, focusing on how to receive, process, and respond to complaints related to sewerage services. The training aimed to ensure that staff are fully prepared to manage reports through the digital platform and contribute to improved service delivery across the city.
