Joint Field Visit to Conduct Live Application Test with Government Directorates

Larsa Organization, in coordination with the Basra Governorate, carried out a joint visit to three key service directorates—Municipality, Water, and Sewerage—as part of the GreenTech Project.

The purpose of the visit was to conduct a real-time test of the Ain Al-Basra mobile application. During the exercise, a citizen submitted an actual service request through the app, and the response process was monitored live as it was handled by the trained government staff at the respective directorates.

This test was a critical step in evaluating the operational readiness of the system, ensuring that staff are prepared to receive and respond to citizen complaints effectively and efficiently through the digital platform.
