Awareness Session in Shatt Al-Arab Forum on Citizen Engagement through the “Ain Al-Basra” Application

Larsa Organization, in cooperation with the Basra Directorate of Youth and Sports – Shatt Al-Arab Youth and Sports Forum, organized an awareness session in Shatt Al-Arab focused on promoting civic engagement through the “Ain Al-Basra” application – a platform that amplifies the voice of citizens regarding municipal services.

The “Madinti” application is an effective and user-friendly digital tool that allows individuals to submit service requests and complaints directly to the relevant public directorates. Designed to strengthen communication between citizens and service providers, the app contributes to improving service quality and accelerating responses to everyday issues within the community.
